Emergency services, Sept. 14, 2021 Updated: Sep 13, 2021 07:20 PM A A Felony arrests Assault -- Terrence Oreilly Rauh, 43, of the 300 block of Iowa Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Rauh Monday on charges of assault, interfering with an officer, assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Monday. Escape -- Roberto Ruiz, 31, of San Bernardino, Calif. Oregon State police arrested Ruiz Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police by foot, escape, felon possessing a firearm, resisting arrest, and on warrant as a fugitive from California. He was booked into jail and held without bail.
