Medford police Thursday arrested McCarthy on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Thursday on $5,000 bail. Coercion — Donald Byron Rowden, 38, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Rowden on charges of harassment, two counts of fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct, coercion, reckless driving, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, hit-and-run, attempting to elude police on foot and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $47,000 bail. Aggravated theft, theft — Valerie Lee Allen, 33, of the 1300 block of West Linn Road, Eagle Point. A community corrections officer Thursday arrested Allen on charges of first-degree aggravated theft and first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Forrest Muir Corbin, 24, of the 100 block of East 11th Street, Medford. Corbin appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Credit card fraud — Jessica Carrico, 19, of the 200 block of Village Park Drive, Ashland. Carrico appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with six counts of credit card fraud. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Diane Marguerite Rains, 42, of the 500 block of Hudspeth Lane, Shady Cove. Rains appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
