Medford police Monday arrested Schwartz on two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of third-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Arson — Timothy James Ray, 37, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Ray on charges of first-degree arson and first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged Monday in jail on $65,000 bail. Drunken driving — Eric Franklin Sfragidas, 41, of the first block of Brophy Way, Shady Cove. Sfragidas made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Burglary — Stephen Gregory Johnston, 56, of the 1500 block of Camp Baker Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Johnston on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree trespassing. He was lodged Monday in jail on $24,000 bail. Drugs — Timber Ronald Roady, 24, of the 3100 block of Avenue G, White City. Medford police Monday arrested Roady on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous methamphetamine conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
