A Medford police officer Friday arrested Wolfe on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $35,000 bail. Assault — Michael William McKercher, 34, no known address. A Medford police officer Friday arrested McKercher on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $35,000 bail. Drugs — Elaina Marie Mann, 28, no known address. An Ashland police officer Friday arrested Mann on a warrant charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Omari Walden Salisbury, 29, of Seattle. Salisbury appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing marijuana, delivering marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Reed Anderson Walker III, 48, of the 300 block of Butler Creek Road, Ashland. Walker appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Sex offender — Scott Stephen Witter, 32, of the 1800 block of East Jackson Street, Medford. Witter appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Theft — Alice May Parke, 23, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Parke on charges of first-degree theft, third-degree theft, third-degree escape, resisting arrest and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday on $15,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 2900 block of Cummins Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report in which someone entered a business and stole various tools valued at $650.
