A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Kusel-Hislip on warrants charging her with three counts of negotiating a bad check, first-degree theft and failure to appear in court. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Stephen Alfred Hill, 25, of the 400 block of East E Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Hill on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, then released to avoid overcrowding. Drugs — Raymond Ralph Ogier Jr., 54, of the 400 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Ogier on charges of possession of amphetamines and three counts of indecency. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $17,000 bail.
