White City resident dies in double-fatal vehicle crash By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Aug 24, 2021 08:10 PM A A Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to a two-vehicle crash in Jackson County on Interstate 5 near milepost 15 at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday. Two people died, and one of them was from White City, the agency reported. Cesar Beltran, 25, of White City, and Angela Chin-Hugh, 59, of Kent, Wash., sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene, OSP reported. A Chevrolet Malibu, operated by Chin-Hugh, 59, was traveling north in the southbound lanes when her vehicle collided with a southbound Kia Spectra being driven by Beltran, 25, according to the OSP’s preliminary investigation.
