Rogue River police arrested Sena Tuesday on a charge of second-degree assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $250,000 bail. Criminal mischief — William Avery Nash, 48, of Mercer Island, Wash. Medford police arrested Nash Tuesday on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $15,000 bail. Theft — Michael Patrick Kaiser, 43, of the 700 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Kaiser appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and negotiating a bad check. He was booked into jail and released. Theft — David Wayne Ruth Jr., 30, of the 4300 block of Avenue A, White City. Ruth appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft, first- degree forgery, and possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Cameron Richard Malvini, 25, of the 2800 block of Cedar Links Drive, Medford. Malvini appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Drugs — Jeremy Gabriel Robison, 25, of Weed, Calif. Robison appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possession of cocaine. He was booked into jail and released. Burglary — Brian James Parke Jr., 23, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. Parke appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with three counts of first- degree burglary, two count of second-degree burglary, first- and second-degree theft, and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked into jail and released. Theft — Alice May Parke, 23, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. Parke appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with two counts of identity theft, two counts of first-degree theft, first-degree forgery and negotiating a bad check. She was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Monaca Rae Overby, 26, of the 3000 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Overby appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with possession and manufacture of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released. Tampering — Christopher Michael Soares, 20, of the 800 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Soares appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with tampering with drug records. He was booked into jail and released.
