Emergency services, July 17 By Mail Tribune staff Jul 17, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Drugs — Tyren Lokai Michael Duarte, 21, of the 2600 block of St. Thomas Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Duarte Thursday on felony charges of delivering a Schedule I or II controlled substance to a minor, manufacturing and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and attempted delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Sex Offender — Zachariah Pergish Griffin, 32, no known address. Talent police arested Griffin Thursday on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Julie Roxanne Heath, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Heath Thursday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor counts of second-degree theft, second-degree trespassing and on a Medford municipal warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft. She was held in jail Saturday on $7,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — Tyler Anthony Boyd, 44, of the 500 block of Experiment Station Road, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Boyd Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Friday, and was no longer an inmate as of Saturday. Mail Theft — Dominic Agapito Earl Fletes, 20, of the 1600 block of Whitman Avenue, Medford. On Friday, Fletes made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new felony charge of mail theft. He was originally booked in the jail July 4 on an earlier charge of mail theft warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior charge of attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was held in jail Saturday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Zackery Cary Norbury, 35, of Red Bluff, California. Central Point police arrested Norbury Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Assault — Isabella Schutte, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Schutte Friday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. She was held in jail Saturday without bail.
