Oregon State Police Tuesday arrested Martinez on a charge of identity theft and on a fugitive warrant out of Nevada. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $260,000 bail.  Identity theft — Felix Ochoa-Beltran, 51, of the 400 block of W. Duarte Road, Los Angeles. Oregon State Police Tuesday arrested Ochoa-Beltran on a charge of identity theft. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. Identity theft — Miguel Angel Bravo, 49, no known address. Oregon State Police Tuesday arrested Bravo on a charge of identity theft. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Diego Geovanny Lopez, 30, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Lopez on charges of possession of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle  and for failing to appear on charges of first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and an out-of-county warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm. He was lodged in jail on $45,000. DUII — Brandon Armstrong Friend, 27, of the 3000 block of Crystal Mountain Avenue, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Friend on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, first-degree criminal mischief and hit-and-run driving. He was lodged in jail on $33,000 bail. Warrant — Teresa Ann Lange, 42, of the 1000 block of Crest Drive, Central Point. Medford police Wednesday arrested Lange on an out-of-county warrant for a probation violation for third-degree assault, and for failing to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail. Drugs —  Laura Lyn Lemmon, 50, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Wednesday arrested Lemmon on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and for failing to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation for hit-and-run driving. She was lodged in jail on $14,000 bail.  Drugs —  Cecil Arthur Sollers Jr., 56. Medford police Wednesday arrested Sollers on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.  Theft —  Nelious Eugene Horsley, 59, of the 1000 block of Cruz Road, Medford. Eagle Point police Wednesday arrested Horsley on a charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs —  Kayla Lee Yarbrough, 18, of the 200 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Yarbrough on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree trespassing. She was booked in jail and released on her own recognizance.  Drugs —  Jacob Forrest Ogden, 24. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Wednesday arrested Ogden on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail.  Crime reports Burglary — 1200 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday took a report of a burglary to a business. About 20 pipes and five water bongs were reported stolen, and a window was damaged. The loss was valued at $1,500. Theft — 1500 block of Stardust Way, Medford. Medford police Tuesday took a report of a theft of automotive tools and a tool bag from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,160.
