Emergency services, April 8, 2021 Updated: Apr 07, 2021 09:58 PM A A Felony Arrests Sexual abuse – Jack Paul James Avila, 51, of the 100 block of Laurel Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Avila Wednesday on five charges of first-degree sexual abuse. He is being held on $1,250,000 bail. Burglary – Sebastian Michael Burson, 20, of the 600 block of Park Avenue, Medford. Burson was arrested by Medford sheriffs Wednesday on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated theft. He is being held on $30,000 bail. Burglary – William Wade Burson, 22, of the 800 block of 5th Street, Grants Pass. Burson was arrested by Medford sheriffs Wednesday on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated theft. He is being held on $30,000 bail. Arson – Douglas Earl Misoff, 67, of the 3200 block of West Main, Medford. Misoff was arrested by Medford sheriffs Wednesday on charges of first-degree arson, unlawful manufacture of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. Theft – Daniel Alexander Ponce, 21, of the 20 block of Kenwood Avenue, Medford. Ponce was arrested by Medford police Wednesday on charges of first-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and reckless endangering. Arrests.jpg
