Homeless Shelter Volunteer Training: The Ashland interfaith winter homeless shelters are in need of volunteers, and will hold an orientation and training event at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, at Calvin Hall of First Presbyterian Church of Ashland 1615 Clark Ave. The seminar will provide background information for those who want more information before volunteering, and it is not necessary for those who volunteered last year to attend.
