Emergency services, June 26 Jun 26, 2021 08:00 AM A A Arrests.jpg Felony arrests Suspended Driving — James Edward Cooper, 42, of the 8800 block of Williams Highway, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cooper Thursday on a felony charge of driving while suspended or revoked, misdemeanor charges of attempting to elude police by foot and interfering with a police officer, and on an out-of-county warrant. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Justin John Karlan, 28, of the 2100 block of Harrison Avenue, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Karlan Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing heroin and delivering and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance.
