Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Haptonstall on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Sex offender — Aaron Nelson Florio, 26, of the 1400 block of Larkspur Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Florio on a charge of failure to register on his birthday as a sex offender. He was lodged in the jail on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Victor Martin Vargas, 19, of the 15400 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Oregon State Police Saturday arrested Vargas on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the jail on $10,000 bail. Burglary — Steven Allen Martin, 25, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Martin on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail on $45,000 bail. Drugs — Iver Joseph Anderson, 39, of Merlin. Oregon State Police Saturday arrested Anderson on charges of manufacture of marijuana, delivery of marijuana, possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana and money laundering. He was lodged in the jail on $45,000 bail. Sex offender — Russell Byron Hayes, 60, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Hayes on a charge of failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was lodged in the jail on $15,000 bail. Robbery — Jacob Forrest Ogden, 24, no known address. Eagle Point police Saturday arrested Ogden on charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft and second-degree disorderly conduct.
