Developers again delay park hearing Developers again have asked to delay a public hearing about a proposal to build Oregon's largest mobile home park in Medford. The proposed Stonebrook park is a planned-unit development with 513 homes on 88 acres on the north side of Rossanley Drive just west of North Ross Lane in west Medford. The park would include mini-storage and RV storage, which developers say will create a buffer between the park and the Sage Road Industrial Park. The project was scheduled to go before the Medford Planning Commission earlier this month, but developers asked for a delay. The issue was again on the agenda for today, but the developers asked for another continuation, said Mark Gallagher, senior city planner. If completed, the park would be the largest mobile home park in Oregon, according to the state. In other business today, planning commissioners will consider: Initial plans for a 74-lot residential subdivision on 18 acres on the west side of Orchard Home Drive, 200 feet south of Orchard Home Court. Final approval of two phases of the Rogue Valley Manor's planned-unit development. The phases include the building of a 60-unit senior housing facility and office building, a private street, 13 cottages and golf cart storage east of Interstate 5 between Ellendale and La Loma drives.
