Randall Theater moves into Howiee's Restaurant By John Stoeckl Jan 14, 2021 04:58 PM A A Randall Theatre Company moved its theater operation into the performance side of Howiee’s last year, creating the Ghostlight Playhouse and mounting small-audience theater productions before the pandemic “pause” in November.
