Grown crops that are maintained for agricultural purposes, grass used for pasturage or natural areas in city parks also are exempt.  Property owners could face fines and possible additional costs related to any mowing done by the city.  See http://www.ci.medford.or.us/Page.asp?NavID=2037 for more information.
