Ivan Florez and Vicky Cavesas will manage the operation.   The chain was founded by Sam Tinsley, who opened the original Senor Sam's in the Medford Center in 1990. He sold the company to his brother seven years ago.     Women entrepreneurs schedule free showcase Women Entrepreneurs of Southern Oregon puts on its 13th Annual Showcase, Thursday March 12, at the Inn at The Commons.
