Jenkins, Kimmelshue lead Cascade to victory Don Jenkins and Andy Kimmelshue failed to score when Chiloquin upset Cascade Christian during the Crusader-Challenger Christmas Tournament earlier this season. It was a different story Friday in a Southern Cascade League boys matchup between the same two teams at Grace Christian School. Jenkins and Kimmelshue combined for 23 points and had an impact defensively as the Challengers won their first SCL game with a 70-61 victory over the Panthers. "Don Jenkins really sparked us on defense," Cascade Christian coach Brian Morse said. "He gets our whole team going. He's always in the action." Jenkins had 12 points, seven steals and five assists, while Kimmelshue added 11 points, seven assists and five steals. Andy Baker led five Cascade Christian (11-7, 1-2 SCL) players in double figures with 20 points. "We did a great job running our offense and guys got good looks at the basket," said Morse.
