Junior Chefs Mail Tribune photo Eight-year-olds Melissa Quezada, Lili Macias and Lupita Vargas enjoy their new status as junior chefs at a graduation ceremony for a program offered by the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation. Working with the culinary arts program at South Medford High School, local chefs spent several weeks instructing the young cooks in the ways of the kitchen.
