Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Advertisement Email Story to a Friend April 25, 2006 Suspect failed to appear on charges EDITOR'S NOTE: Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon, in cooperation with the Mail Tribune and KTVL Channel 10, is participating in "Meth Watch," a program intended to combat the manufacture and sale of methamphetamine in Southern Oregon. Each week, Meth Watch will focus on a person wanted by Jackson or Josephine county law-enforcement agencies for delivery and/or manufacture of methamphetamine. Ezequiel Diaz is wanted by Medford police for failing to appear in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. Bail on the warrant is $6,000. Diaz, whose last known address was in Grants Pass, was arrested Jan. 12. He was released the same day on his own recognizance and later failed to appear at a scheduled arraignment to hear the indictment against him. Diaz is described as a 23-year-old Hispanic man standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The words "San Diego" are tattooed on his left shoulder and "Diaz" is tattooed on his back. The picture shown here was taken in January.
