Oregon State Police arrested Lapenia Saturday on charges of disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree. She was booked into jail and held on $10,000 bail. Menacing — Wyatt Murphy Pugliese, 26, of the 2900 block of Grizzly Drive, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Pugliese Sunday on charges of assault, attempted assault, disorderly conduct, menacing and harassment. He was booked into jail and held on $22,500 bail.
