Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Absentee ballots still can be obtained from the county clerk but must be in the clerk's hands by 8 p.m. if they are to count. Registered Democrats and nonaffiliated voters may choose Democratic nominees, though nonaffiliated voters must request a Democratic ballot. Only registered Republicans may choose Republican nominees. All voters may cast ballots for nonpartisan offices and measures. For more information, visit the elections division in Room 216-A of the Courthouse Annex, 10 S. Oakdale Ave., Medford, or call 776-7181. Hours are the same as at polling places.
