White City bridge replacement work will begin Monday WHITE CITY - A Salem construction company will begin work Monday on the Bear Creek Bridge at Kirtland Road. During the first few months of construction, Jackson County officials anticipate only minor impacts to motorists. Lengthy delays or lane closures aren't expected. As work progresses, severe traffic disruptions could become unavoidable. The county will provide additional information for drivers when construction intensifies. The $2.04 million bridge replacement project is being undertaken by Ross Brothers & Co.
