Matilda Austad May 07, 2006 12:00 AM A A Matilda "Tillie" Austad The graveside service for Matilda "Tillie" Austad, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 8, 2006 at Scenic Hills Memorial Park, Ashland. Mrs. Austad, 95, of Ashland, died May 2, 2006 at home. She was born October 13, 1910 at Fergus Falls, Minnesota, the daughter of Tena and Jacob Smith. She married Olaf Gunner Austad in Reno, Nevada. They lived in the San Francisco Bay area and later Klamath Falls, Oregon before moving to Ashland in 1975. Mr. Austad preceded her in death in 1982. She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church, Ashland. Arrangements: Litwiller - Simonsen Funeral Home, Ashland.
