Medford police Monday arrested Lane on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $1 million bail. Identity theft — Kevin Lee Cloud, 36, of the 300 block of O’Gara Street, Medford. Medford police Monday added three counts of identity theft to Cloud, who was being held without bail at the Jackson County Jail since Jan. 3 on multiple theft and forgery charges. Fugitive — James William Perry Dorsey, 25, of the 500 block of Plum Street, Medford. Medford police late Sunday arrested Dorsey on a fugitive drug warrant out of California. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Theft — Lori Lee Prasad, 41, of the 3000 block of Timothy Avenue, Medford. Prasad made an appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of first-degree theft. Prasad was brought from court Monday to the Jackson County Jail, where she was lodged in lieu of $10,000 bail. Assault — Robert Ryan Ridgway, 27, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Ridgway on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault and for violating the conditions of his probation from an earlier harassment conviction. He was taken Monday to the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $6,000 bail. Criminal mischief — Harvey Troy Snyder, 36, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Snyder on one count of first-degree criminal mischief and five counts of recklessly endangering another person. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $31,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 800 block of O’Hare Parkway, Medford. Medford police took a report of the theft of 523 plants of various species. The theft, which was reported at 8:46 a.m., was valued at $3,425.
