Denton appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with tampering with drug records. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Benicia Marie Walker, 26, no known address. Walker appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Identity theft — Shawn Curtis Holt, 25, of the 37300 block of Highway 20, Bend. Holt appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with identity theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary, theft, vehicle theft — Justin Carl Hunsley, 21, of the 300 block of Red Blanket Road, Prospect. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Wednesday arrested Hunsley on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Burglary, theft, vehicle theft — Lawrence Carl Hunsley, 45, of the 300 block of Red Blanket Road, Prospect. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Identity theft, forgery — Valerie Michel Hickle De Nunez, 23, of the 500 block of Chetco Lane, Brookings. Medford police Wednesday arrested De Nunez on charges of identity theft, first-degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Advertisement Rape, sex abuse — Nicholas Dean Barre, 20, of the 300 block of West Third Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Barre on charges of second-degree rape and first- degree sex abuse. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $2 million bail. Crime reports Burglary — 600 block of Minthorne Road, Wimer. Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday took a report in which items valued at $1,200 were stolen from a residence. Theft — 12200 block of Antioch Road, White City. Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday took a report in which tools valued at $2,000 were stolen from a barn.
