West Valley View Road closed through Aug. 25 Aug 04, 2014 12:00 AM A A West Valley View Road will be closed to through traffic between Highway 99 and Talent Avenue through Monday, Aug. 25, during construction on a new roundabout link. The new construction will link the roundabout to Main Street. Vehicles coming from Highway 99 can still access downtown Talent by taking Colver or Rapp roads, but truck traffic must use Colver Road. Business and home access on West Valley View will remain open.
