Medford police arrested Pinedo Friday on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and harassment. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Louis Michael Sheedy, 48, no permanent address. Medford police arrested Sheedy late Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. There also were warrants for his arrest stemming from his failure to appear in court on drug and eluding charges. He was jailed on $17,000 bail. Warrant — Robert James Reid, 36, of the 300 block of Delta Terrace, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Reid late Friday on a warrant charging him with first-degree theft. He was jailed on $4,000 bail. Drugs — Nathan Ray Collins, 25, of the 1900 block of Grandview Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Collins late Friday on charges of possession of amphetamine, two counts of reckless endangering and parole violation. He was jailed without bail. Warrant — Robin Nicole Buntin, 26, of the 800 block of Savage Creek Road, Grants Pass. Jacksonville police arrested Buntin early Saturday on a Josephine County warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of amphetamine. There was another warrant for her arrest stemming from her failure to appear in court on harassment charges. She was jailed on $17,000 bail. Crime reports Stolen vehicle — 200 block of California Street, Ashland. Ashland police Saturday took a report of the theft of a red 1987 Honda Prelude with Oregon license plate XVX-921. Stolen vehicle — 500 block of B Street, Ashland. Ashland police Saturday took a report of the theft of a blue 1987 Toyota van with Oregon license plate YSH-376. Theft — 500 block of Old Stage Road, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Saturday took a report of the theft of tools with an estimated $2,000 value from a shed. Theft — 2500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police Saturday took a report of the theft of tools with an estimated $1,500 from the bed of pickup truck. Fire call Structure fire — Firefighters were investigating a suspicious fire Saturday in a shed outside a vacant house in the 900 block of Jasper Street, Medford. The 8-by-12-foot shed contained paint and insulation, said Medford firefighters. Fourteen firefighters with three engines quickly controlled the 10 p.m. blaze. No one was injured, and no structures were threatened.
