Medford police Sunday arrested Crenshaw on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving while suspended. He was lodged Sunday in the Jackson County Jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Mark David Goyette, 50, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Goyette on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree criminal trespass and for violating the conditions of his probation on a harassment conviction. He was lodged Monday and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — James Alan Giles, 51, of the 300 block of Haven Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Giles on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine as well as violating the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Sadie Ann Oehme-Witt, 41, of the 500 block of Cherry Street, Central Point. Oehme-Witt made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges on two counts each of possession and delivery of methamphetamine in a school zone as well as possession of more than four ounces of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 1900 block of Elm Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:38 a.m. Monday of the theft of seven spray guns. The loss was valued at $4,200. Vandalism — First block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 2:13 a.m. of vandalism to four vehicle windshields. The loss was valued at $2,000. Theft — 400 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:12 p.m. Sunday of the theft of a laptop. The loss was valued at $1,200. Theft — 200 block of Florence Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 12:43 p.m. Sunday of the theft of two bikes. The loss was valued at $1,050.
