(John Killough) Slim Cessna's Auto Club at Johnny B's Slim Cessna's Auto Club is the past, present and future of American music. The band members describe their music as a mixture of everyone and everything creating something new. Slim Cessna's Auto Club performs at 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, at Johnny B's in Medford. The Denver-based band's lineup includes Slim Cessna (vocals), Munly Munly (vocals, guitar and banjo), the Rev. Dwight Pentacost (lead guitar), John Rumley (organ, pedal steel and banjo), Ordy Garrison (drums) and Shane Trost (bass and trumpet). The group has been working together for about 13 years and has recorded two albums on the Jello Biafra's Alternative Tentacles label. The band put out a self-titled release in 1996; "Always Say Please And Thank You" was released in 2000; "Bloody Tenent Truth Peace" in 2004; JLMD Live! was recorded at the Gothic Theater in Denver in 2004 and released in 2005.
