Maybe he should use some of that new free time to inflate some things as part of community service. Here are four things we wouldn’t mind seeing him inflate during his suspension. Wikimedia Commons 1. Balloons. Wouldn’t it be great to have Tom show up at your kid’s birthday party? And to make balloon animals, no less! He’s free to make whatever or whoever he wants. How about a Roger Goodell balloon? Wikimedia Commons 2. Boston cream doughnuts: Well, technically these aren’t “inflated,” but they do need cream squirted into them by using a bellows-type tool (probably?). At any rate, we’d love to have Tom serve us Dunkin’ Donuts. No need to tip him, either, he’s rich enough. Andrew Campbell/Wikimedia Commons 3. Car prices: With Tom’s good looks and boyish charm, he’d be the perfect car salesman. What dealership wouldn’t want him on board for a couple weeks to inflate some prices and make maximum bank? As the customer stares dreamily into Tom’s eyes, he or she will readily agree to pay an extra couple thousand. Ca-ching! 4. Tires : It also would be great to have Tom service our cars. Same principle as above, really - we’d be too busy watching Tom put air in the tires to notice we’re getting charged for a Johnson rod, as George Costanza would say.
