Riverside Ave., in Medford. Rogue Retreat started in 1998 and currently oversees 42 apartments in a program that includes housing, individual and personal life coaching, housing unit inspection, and a lifestyle free of drugs and alcohol.  The thrift shop will provide an income stream for the organization, along with job training and placement. The shop will provide bargain prices for clothing, household items, furniture and books. The thrift shop will open Tuesday, Sept. 30. Hours are noon. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The shop will begin taking donations Friday, Sept. 19, during shop hours. A grand opening is set for Saturday, Oct. 4. (Correction: The stores planned hours have been updated in this story.)
