A Medford police officer Friday arrested Polataivao on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $25,000 bail. Burglary — Clifford Alan Smith, 41, of the 600 block of Bartlett Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Smith on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $50,000 bail. Identity theft, forgery — Clarence Jean Hildenbrand, 24, of the 1000 block of North Ross Lane, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Hildenbrand on warrants charging him with identity theft, first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $30,000 bail. Drugs — James Reed Harrison, 40, of the 500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Harrison appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Barbara Yolanda Daniels, 39, of the 1700 block of Kings Highway, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Daniels on charges of fourth-degree assault and menacing. She was lodged in jail and later released on her own recognizance. Burglary, drugs — Norman Tyler Boyd, 45, no known address. A Central Point police officer Friday arrested Boyd on warrants charging him with first-degree burglary and second- degree theft, along with additional charges of amphetamine possession, providing false information to police about a crime, failure to appear in court and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Advertisement Drugs — Michael Anthony Lydon, 38, of the 400 block of Olive Street, Talent. A Talent police officer Friday arrested Lydon on charges of amphetamine possession and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Theft, drugs — David James Grinde, 37, of the 4100 block of Corey Road, Central Point. Grinde appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft and possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Weapons, drugs — Janet Sue Myers, 50, of the 100 block of Schoolhouse Road, Talent. Myers appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with being a felon in possession of a weapon, and delivery, manufacturing and possessing amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Weapons, drugs — Kenneth John Prince, Sr., 47, of the 100 block of Schoolhouse Road, Talent. Prince appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of a weapon, and delivery, manufacturing and possessing amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Sex abuse — Sean Karl Settlemire, 20, of the 700 block of Sarah Park Circle, Eagle Point. Settlemire appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with four counts of third-degree encouraging child sex abuse. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Kenneth Lyle Spruill, 45, of the 1700 block of Hull Road, Medford. Spruill appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines, contempt and second-degree criminal mischief. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Wanda Jean Stevens, 44, of the 2300 block of West McAndrews Road, Medford. Stevens appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of delivering amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Cora Lee Stevens, 35, of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Stevens appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of delivering amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Linda Marie Whitmore, 23, of the 600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Whitmore appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Cari Ann Hall, 35, of the first block of Northridge Terrace, Medford. Hall appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Identity theft, drugs — Rosemary Michelle Dail, 31, of the 1500 block of Dakota Street, Medford. Dail appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of amphetamine possession, identity theft, second-degree theft, third-degree theft and second-degree forgery. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Wendy Noble Inda, 24, of the 13000 block of Meadows Road, White City. Inda appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jeffrey George Hellmann, 25, of the 1100 block of Highway 227, Trail. Hellmann appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing and possessing amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Teresa Annette Cyphers, 42, of the 900 block of Rebecca Drive, Phoenix. Cyphers appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — Robert John Cisero, 43, of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Cisero appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft and negotiating a bad check. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 1000 block of Narregan Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and stole a computer, a television, electronic equipment and a metal safe valued at $1,950. Vehicle theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a theft in which a 1984 Toyota Celica, Oregon license plate SAV 549, was stolen. Theft — 7600 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a theft in which items valued at $750 were stolen.
