District meet champions Kendel Nelson and Isaac Stoutenburgh were each named runners of the year and coach Justin Loftus was named coach of the year. The Crater boys won the SOC title and finished third at the state meet. All seven varsity runners earned all-SOC honors. Ashland’s senior duo of Andy Wright and David Morgan made the first-team after top-10 finishes at state. The North Medford girls landed two on the first-team in senior Brianne Hwang and sophomore Brittney Dunn. Ashland’s Natalie Hemphill and Crater’s Jenna Cunningham also made the list.
