Emergency services, Jan. 22 Posted Jan 22, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Criminal Mischief — Tyler Adam Green, 25, of the 700 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. Meford police arrested Green Friday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Joshua Dean Lines, 31, of the 800 block of Broad Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lines Friday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, heroin and oxycodone, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree theft and possessing heroin. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Robbery — Evan Graham Murphy Edgerton, 35, of the 100 block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Edgerton Friday on felony charges of third-degree robbery and possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday. Vehicle Theft — Athenian Kronus Russell, 18, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies and Oregon State Police troopers arrested Russell Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree robbery and first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, attempted first-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, hit-and-run and reckless driving. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $59,500 bail. Robbery — Marcus Dwayne Harper, 24, no known address. Ashland police arrested Harper Friday on felony charges of second-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $117,500 bail. Coercion — Jonathan David Cureno, 32, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Cureno Saturday on a felony charge of coercion, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Sex Offender Registration — Anthony Jordan Lewis, 21, of the 400 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lewis Saturday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jessica Fawn Sweet, 29, of the 300 block of Pearl Street, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Sweet Saturday on felony warrants charging her with distributing and possessing heroin. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Natalie Monique Cortez, 26, of the 900 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Cortez Saturday on a felony warrant charging her with possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Elude — William J. Downes, 32, of Bowie, Maryland. Ashland police arrested Downes Saturday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Elude —Tyson Lee Ceideburg, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies and Ashland police arrested Ceideburg Saturday on felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, first-degree burglary and four counts of first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Joseph Emanuel Ledbetter, 20, of the 500 block of Bessie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ledbetter Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin, a misdemeanor warrant for third-degree theft and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Identity Theft — Marcella Faye Melgoza, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Melgoza Saturday on felony charges of identity theft, possessing methamphetamine and first-degree possession of a forged instrument, misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery and resisting arrest, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, hindering prosecution and resisting arrest. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $52,500 bail. Sex Offender Registration — Wesley Kevin Hoseclaw, 52, of the 1200 block of Eagle Mill Road, Ashland. Talent police arrested Hoseclaw Saturday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Vandalism — 700 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 1:49 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle's side quarter-panel was reportedly kicked in, and the damage was valued at $1,000. Theft — 900 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 7:25 a.m. Saturday. A glass marijuana pipe valued at $180 was reported stolen, and damage to the business window was valued at $1,000. Vandalism — First Block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 8:25 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle's roof, dashboard and front passenger window were all reported damaged and miscellaneous paperwork was reported stolen. The damage was valued at $3,500.
