Medford police arrested Peters Saturday on two counts each of third- and fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained Saturday night on $70,000 bail. Drugs — David James Kraft, 50, of Prospect RV Park, Prospect. Oregon State Police arrested Kraft Saturday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, then released when he posted cash on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 2300 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of a theft of 13 pairs of boots from G.I. Joe’s. The boots were Danner and Georgia brands.
