Central Point police arrested Beasley Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, then released on her own recognizance Wednesday morning. Medford police arrested her Wednesday evening on a charge of first-degree forgery. She was returned to jail, where she remained Wednesday night. Assault — Leroy Vernon Ragsdale, 22, of the 200 block of West Gregory Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Ragsdale Wednesday on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree robbery. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $1,025,000 bail. Assault — Richard Charles Ashbaugh, 21, of the 600 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ashbaugh Wednesday on charges of third-degree assault and second- degree robbery. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $1,025,000 bail. Drugs — Rachel Ann Saylor, 26, of the 200 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Saylor on a warrant charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Wednesday night on $10,000 bail. Escape — Wesley Joe Box, 23, of the 800 block of Narrigan Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Box Wednesday on a fugitive warrant out of California charging him with first- degree escape. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night. Advertisement Crime reports Theft — Cady and Sterling Creek roads, Jacksonville. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft of a 16-foot Intrepid canoe valued at $1,000.
