Medford police arrested Shirmard Saturday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Monday without bail. Assault — Juan Miguel Alfaro-James, 38, of the first block of Rose Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Alfaro-James Sunday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Monday without bail. Eluding — Hunter Allen Cady, 23, of the 800 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Cady Sunday on a felony charge of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and misdemeanor counts of attempting to elude police on foot, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was held in jail Monday without bail. Drugs — Tara A. Logan, 47, of the 200 block of Via Linda Circle, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Logan Sunday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Sunday on her own recognizance. Assault — Alissa Migliore Weaver, 54, of the 5900 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Weaver Sunday on a felony charge of second-degree assault constituting domestic violence and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was held in jail Monday without bail.
