Emergency Services, June 16, 2022 By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Jun 15, 2022 06:41 PM A A Felony arrests Drugs – Eric Kirk Heyde, 49, of no reported address, Ashland, was arrested by Ashland police for failing to appear for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance — one count each of Schedule I and Schedule II — and a misdemeanor. Heyde was released on his own recognizance. Burglary – Kimberly Rose Hogan, 45, of no reported address, Central Point, was arrested by Rogue River police Monday for second-degree burglary and misdemeanors, then arrested by Medford police for failing to appear for two counts of second-degree burglary as well as misdemeanors. Hogan was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $225,000 bail. Drugs – Jonnee Marie Rainbow Rodriquez, 28, of the 3300 block of Highway 234, White City, was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of heroin and misdemeanors. Rodriquez was released on her own recognizance. Eluding – Evan Graham Murph Edgerton, 40, of the 200 block of North Central Avenue, Medford, was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failing to appear for attempting to elude police by vehicle, misdemeanors and multiple probation violations. Edgerton was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $67,500 bail. Unauthorized vehicle use – Jarvis OJ Gronholm, 36, of the 500 block of Woodbury Lane, Jacksonville, was arrested by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Gronholm was released on his own recognizance. Identity theft – Anthony Jose Hernandez-Hewitt, 34, of the 3400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford, was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failing to appear for identity theft and misdemeanors. Hernandez-Hewitt was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $23,500 bail. Firearm possession – Sylvia Rose Hutchinson-Hernandez, 26, of the 500 block of Southeast Fir Street, Toledo, was arrested by Central Point police Tuesday for being a felon in possession of a firearm and multiple misdemeanors, including some out-of-county warrants. Hutchinson-Hernandez was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $53,000 bail. Invalid driver’s license – Enrique David Mendez, 27, of the 500 block of Mae Street, Medford, was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for failing to appear for driving with a suspended or revoked license. Mendez was released on his own recognizance. Unauthorized vehicle use – Genaro Joseph Montalvo, 39, of Holland, Ohio, was arrested by Oregon State Police Monday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle and attempting to elude police by vehicle. Montalvo was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail. Robbery – Ryan Patrick Morgan, 31, of no reported address, Medford, was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor. Morgan was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bail. Drugs – Bryan Schuler, 53, of the 300 block of Freeman Road, Central Point, was arrested for failing to appear on counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, four counts each of manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of cocaine, one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Schuler was released on his own recognizance. Unauthorized vehicle use – Nicole Marie Vidaurri, 31, of no reported address, was arrested by Medford police Monday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor. Vidaurri was released on her own recognizance. Identity theft – Chance Paul Wester, 25, of no reported address, Medford, was arrested by Medford police Tuesday for possession of a stolen vehicle, and failure to appear for charges of of identity theft, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors and probation violations. Wester was being held in the Jackson County Jail on $50,000 bail.
