A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Montemayor on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $5,000 bail. Drugs — David Jerome Hellman, 44, of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Hellman on charges of possession of amphetamines, delivering amphetamines and manufacturing amphetamines, and warrants charging him with manufacturing amphetamines, delivering amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $80,000 bail. Burglary, theft — Timothy Shawn Dunlap, 40, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Saturday arrested Dunlap on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and first-degree trespass. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $29,000 bail. Identity theft — Rodney Lee Tester, 31, of the 100 block of Lani Way, Talent. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Tester on charges of identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Drugs, identity theft — Donald Ray Lake, 47, of the 1900 block of Valley View Drive, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy late Friday arrested Lake on warrants charging him with manufacturing amphetamines, possession of amphetamines, identity theft, computer crime, second-degree theft and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $59,000 bail. Drugs — Ataji Anthony Duca Dominguez, 32, of the 1300 block of Quincy Street, Ashland. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Dominguez on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Burglary — 1900 block of Kings Highway, Medford. A Medford police officer Saturday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a home and stole $1,500 in cash.
