Medford police Monday arrested Delisle on two counts each of first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $18,000 bail. Identity theft — James Alexander Hale, 26, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Hale on six counts each of identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card as well as one count of second-degree theft and two out-of-county warrants for failing to appear on driving violations. He was lodged Monday in jail on $200,000 bail. Drugs — Kane Stephen Pappa, 20, of the 100 block of Morton Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Pappa on warrants charging him with possession of heroin, possession of a controlled substance and contempt of court. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on is own recognizance. Drugs — David Paul Reed, 26, no known address. Eagle Point police Sunday arrested Reed on charges of possession, manufacturing and delivery of heroin and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous burglary conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Sex-offender registration — Russell Byron Hayes, 60, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Hayes on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Cynthia Lynn Cooper, 40, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Cooper on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.   Crime reports Theft — 800 block of West 12th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:20 p.m. Monday of the theft of over-the-counter medications and a cellular telephone. The loss was valued at $3,800.
