Medford police arrested Jacobo late Wednesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night without bail. Assault — Flemming Reid Isbell, 19, of the 4600 block of Highway 66, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Isbell early Thursday on charges of felony fourth- degree assault, harassment and interfering with making a report. He was lodged in jail on $12,000 bail, then released on his own recognizance Thursday afternoon. Burglary — Miguel Joseph Barron, 22, of the 1500 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Barron early Thursday on charges of first-degree burglary, menacing, third-degree criminal mischief and violation of a restraining order. He was lodged in jail, where he remained on $30,000 bail. Theft — Wesley Charles Pettegrew, 32, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Pettegrew Thursday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, then released Thursday afternoon when he posted cash on $5,000 bail. Drugs — April Leona Lyle, 28, no address listed. Medford police arrested Lyle on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Weapons — Paul Cameron Vannoy, 38, no address listed. Medford police and Oregon State Police arrested Vannoy Thursday on charges of carrying a concealed knife, being a felon in possession of a weapon and a warrant charging him with probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $40,000 bail. Drugs — Michael William Burlingham, 21, of the 3000 block of Gary Drive, Medford. Burlingham appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession and delivery of marijuana, and delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Iran Dennis Foster, 31, of the 800 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Foster appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession, delivery and conspiracy to deliver cocaine. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Donald Vincent Ball, 33, of the 800 block of South Stage Road, Medford. Ball appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Blake Kendall Daniels, 20, of the 200 block of Holiday Lane, Central Point. Daniels appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of cocaine. He was booked into jail and released. Theft — Patrick Leon Johnson, 34, of Grants Pass. Johnson appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released. Weapons — Sean Macathur Mignerey, 33, of the first block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Mignerey appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked into jail and released. Fire call Mill fire — 1300 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County Fire District No. 3 responded to a 12:30 p.m. report of a fire in the blower system at Woodgrain Millwork Inc. A dozen firefighters in three engines and a truck spent 2.5 hours tracking down and putting out the fire, said Fire Capt. Robert Walters. They used a thermal-imaging camera to locate the blaze, which apparently started near the rip saw area, and had to cut apart the blower system to get to the fire. He estimated damage at about $10,000. Crime reports Vandalism — Grouse Creek Quarry, off Little Applegate Road. A Bureau of Land Management employee discovered a site where diesel and motor oil had been dumped on public land and notified a sheriff’s deputy. An environmental clean-up company removed the contaminated soil at a cost of about $7,000, the deputy’s report said. Vehicle theft — 2600 block of Hadley Circle, White City. A sheriff’s deputy took a report of a stolen 1998 Jeep Cherokee with Oregon license plate XYY 479. Burglary — 6800 Pleasant Creek Road, Rogue River. A sheriff’s deputy took a report of a burglary in which a DVD player, a halogen lamp, a phone and an answering machine were reported stolen. The items had an estimated value of $500.
