Once accepted, I will start the diagnostic imaging program at LBCC in order to earn my associate’s degree in applied science. I plan to continue working as a CNA during this time. My second year will be at an externship, where I will get hands-on training in my field of study. Career goals: Once I have graduated with my degree in medical imaging, I plan to get a job in a hospital setting, where I will train to my specific modality. I will work toward being a sonography technician.
