Judith Estelle Bowman Comment MailTribune.com Writer Posted Sep. 29, 2015 at 2:00 AM Posted Sep. 29, 2015 at 2:00 AM » Social News Judith Estelle Bowman Judith Estelle Bowman was surrounded by family as she peacefully passed away September 22, 2015 at the age of 73. Judy was born July 13, 1942 in Washington County, Va. to Troy and Nell Johnson. She was raised by Russ and Renamae Johnson. She graduated from Medford High School in 1960. On August 24, 1963 she married the love of her life, Jack Bowman, in Carson City, Nevada. Jack preceded her in death July 2, 2010. They were married for 46 years. Judy found passion in sewing, cooking, taking pictures, camping, and holidays with family and friends. She enjoyed attending sporting, school, and 4-H events over the years watching her children and grandchildren. Her kind smile and thoughtful gestures touched many hearts. Judy is lovingly remembered by her sister, Shelby Miller of Roseburg, Ore.; her daughters and sons-in-law, Retta and Dave Everson of White City, Ore.; Brenda and WonTae Bernhardt of Central Point, Ore.; and Rhonda and Rob Gavin of Gold Hill, Ore. "Grandma Judy" will always be in the hearts of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Kala Bernhardt, Jon Bernhardt, Miah Bernhardt, Shane Everson, Michelle Everson, Emmie Gavin, and Jacie Gavin. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., October 1, 2015 at Jacksonville Cemetery, Jacksonville, Ore. followed by a reception.
