Emergency services, Nov. 23 Updated: Nov 22, 2022 04:41 PM A A Felony arrests Sexual abuse — Martin Kenneth Elmore-Robinson II, 31, of the 500 block of Effee Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Elmore-Robinson II Monday on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree sexual penetration. Elmore-Robinson II also faces a parole violation for a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license. Elmore-Robinson II was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail. Domestic abuse — James Michael Green, 36, of Butte Falls. Medford police arrested Green Monday on charges of fourth-degree felony domestic abuse witnessed by a minor and misdemeanor harassment domestic violence. Green was lodged in jail without bail. Unlawful use of a weapon — Thomas James Manahan, 24, of the 800 block of Oak Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Manahan Monday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor harassment and misdemeanor harassment domestic violence. Manahan was lodged in jail and released on his own recognizance. Felony weapon use — Blake Kenneth Steger, 32, of the 300 block of Vancouver Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Steger Monday on charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and supplying contraband. Steger also failed to appear in court on numerous drug charges, including felony possession of heroin. Steger was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary — Rachel Ramona Williams, 46, no known address. Ashland police arrested Williams Monday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and misdemeanor harassment. Williams was not listed in jail records Tuesday.
