Medford police Wednesday arrested Chappell on charges of third-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Richard Rocky Mendez, 40, of the 3100 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Central Point Police Wednesday arrested Mendez on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail. Theft — Christina Anne Nissen, 23, of the 400 block of Sugar Pine Road, Merlin. Medford police Wednesday arrested Nissen on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $28,000 bail. Burglary, theft — Lauren Taylor Olson, 22, of Eugene. Olson appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and harassment. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Ricardo Gonzalez-Morales, 44, of Crescent City, Calif. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Gonzalez-Morales on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of a controlled substance near a school, possession of cocaine and suspicion of being in the country illegally.
