Emergency services, Nov. 20 Nov 21, 2022 12:15 AM A A Felony arrests Hit and Run — Crittendon Hayden, 49, of the 1300 block of Andersen Creek Road, Talent. Oregon State troopers arrested Hayden Friday on charges of hit and run with injury, first-degree animal abuse, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Hayden was lodged into Jackson County Jail and released on bail. Criminal mistreatment — Christine Vivian Kenoen, no known address. Medford police arrested Kenoen Friday on two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment. Kenoen was not listed in jail records Saturday. Criminal trespass — Austin Mathew Leopoldo, 20, of the 300 block of Fargo Street, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Leopoldo Friday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Leopoldo was lodged into jail without bail. Domestic abuse — Justin Thomas Martell, 41, no known address. On Nov. 11, Martell appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on new charges of felony strangulation domestic abuse and fourth-degree assault felony domestic abuse. Martell was previously held on charges of second-degree criminal mischief, contempt of court for violating a restraining order and a parole violation for drug possession. Martell was lodged in jail without bail. Criminal mischief — Roger Glenn Motter, no known address. Medford police arrested Motter Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Motter was lodged into jail and released on his own recognizance. Fugitive warrant — John Michael StClair, 60, of the 500 block of Reese Creek Road, Eagle Point. Oregon State troopers arrested StClair Thursday on a warrant as a fugitive from Washington. StClair was lodged into jail without bail. Identity theft — Jennifer Marie Wooldridge, 39, of the 500 block of C Street, Phoenix. Jackson County Sheriff deputies arrested Wooldridge Thursday on a charge of identity theft and a felony warrant as a fugitive from Nevada. Wooldridge also faces parole violations on first-degree theft and felony drug possession.Wooldridge was booked into jail without bail.
