Phoenix police arrested Basaca Saturday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, interfering with a police report and menacing. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Saturday night on $13,000 bail. Robbery — William Burnell Lemmon IV, 20, of the 800 block of Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Lemmon Saturday on charges of third-degree robbery, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Katrina Adele Tremblay, 38, of the 800 block of Golf View Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Tremblay Saturday on charges of possession of codeine and marijuana, as well as second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Saturday night on $18,000 bail. Assault — Brian Dean Hartje, 28, no address listed. Medford police arrested Hartje Saturday on a felony fourth-degree assault charge. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 3100 block of Willow Springs Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of the theft of an identifying plate riveted to a helicopter. Because of the suspicious nature of the theft, the information was shared with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Vandalism — east Medford. Medford police took at least eight reports of vandalism to vehicles at addresses along Red Hawk Drive, Wolf Run Drive, Cypress Point Drive, Cloudcrest Drive and Angel Crest Drive. Car windows were smashed, with each incident resulting in between $100 and $200 worth of damage, police reports estimated.
