Peace conference begins Feb 29, 2008 12:00 AM A A Peace House hosts its United for Peace Conference today and Saturday at Southern Oregon University. New-age practitioner Jean Houston gives a presentation at 7:30 tonight in the Rogue River Room of the university's Stevenson Union. Twenty workshops and three symposiums follow on Saturday. Admission is $20 for both days or $5 for students with ID. Admission is $10 in advance or $15 at the door for tonight's presentation. Details: 482-9625
