Medford police Friday arrested Zimbelman on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and violating a restraining order. He was in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Karrie Louise Butcher, 23, of the 100 block of Dan Avenue, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Butcher on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and violating a restraining order. She was lodged in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Dustin Durant Bonham, 23, of the 2500 block of Alma Drive, Medford. Bonham appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Roger Dale Boyd, 50, of the 1100 block of Sunset Avenue, Medford. Boyd appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Auto theft — Joseph Levi Brandt, 23, of the 800 block of Northwest Fifth Street, Grants Pass. Brandt appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Leila Ruth Carlson, 34, of the 1100 block of Fourth Avenue, Gold Hill. Carlson appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — David Lesley Ingram, 36, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Friday arrested Ingram on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, failure to maintain a metal purchasing record and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Criminal mischief — Duane Allman Roe, 30, no known address. Talent police Friday arrested Roe on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Bryan Keith Simmons, 35, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper Friday arrested Simmons on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of fireworks. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $8,000 bail. Fatal crash A Wilderville woman died Friday afternoon when her vehicle went off Highway 199 about 12 miles south of Grants Pass and crashed into several trees, officials said. At around 2:50 p.m., Rhonda L. Omdalh, 50, lost control of her 1998 Subaru Legacy near milepost 12. The station wagon left the highway and fell down an embankment and smashed into several trees. Omdahl was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators said she was using safety restraints. Oregon State Police troopers from the Grants Pass office are completing the investigation. The cause of the crash has not been determined. The northbound lane was closed for about 2 1/2 hours during the investigation.
